小廚房系列—麻糬波波

香港的麵包店以前好像$10有3粒,今次就自己動手做做,dough 是 gluten free。

材料:
1¼ cup + 1 tablespoon glutinous rice flour
2 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon tapioca starch flour
1 egg
1½ tablespoon sugar (optional for sweetness)
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup + 1 tablespoon water/milk
¼ cup cocoa powder (optional: more for dusting)
¼ cup olive oil

先後次序也沒有所謂,把所以材料加在mixing bowl就用手揉搓,直至成dough。焗爐350華氏,時間是20-25分鐘。我做了巧克力和芝士,芝士口味就把 ⅜ cup shredded cheddar cheese (個人口味) 代替cocoa powder,當然減些糖。超級簡單,成功率幾乎是98%。
